The Pickleball PT: Soleus Stretch to Prevent Plantar Fasciitis
The soleus is the deeper, shorter calf muscle that is often overlooked during calf stretching. Limited mobility in the soleus can easily lead to injuries and conditions like plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis. Daily soleus stretching will yield improved performance and reduced injury risk on the pickleball courts!
