Properly stretching your quadriceps can not only improve your performance on the court but it will reduce your risk for injuries and conditions like patellar tendinitis, hamstring strains, lower back pain and knee bursitis. Many people dont properly stretch their quads so this video demonstrates the proper way to achieve a full and effective quad stretch.
