Triceps tendinitis, triceps strains and elbow bursitis are very common in pickleball players due to the frequency in which we bend and straighten our elbows to make certain shots. This simple stretch is a great way to help prevent those conditions while also improving the mobility through your elbows and shoulders to help you play better!
