Welcome to my channel! Free workouts are here for you to follow along and get your body moving! You can perform them anywhere, anytime requiring minimal equipment. My workouts focus on beginners and/or ages 50 plus. The routines are functional and simple but can be challenging. Many of the workouts include high - low impact variations and modifications. I've been teaching fitness since 2007 training and coaching people of all ages from 8 to 88 years of age. I'm a firm believer of mixing up workout routines such as strength training, Pilates, Yoga, cardio, etc. The most important thing is to find an activity that you enjoy, stick to it, and you will find the rewards to better health!
