2012 Shrinking More

Welcome to my Weight Loss channel. My journey started with my Lapband placement on 9/20/12 and my HIGHEST starting weight was 210 or 2012 with a 37 BMI I am post menopause and midlife 57 and live in an over 55 community in Maryland I started to be obese in 2004 and I was 80 lbs overweight and felt unhappy about my body so I decided to change and become a better ME! I have one adult child who is married and has a family in NJ I HAVE THE OTHER CHANNEL:Reinventing my life which is my 2 nd channel that continue's after this one but more personal information.
