The Pickleball PT: Plantar Fascia Towel Stretch to Prevent Plantar Fasciitis
This video demonstrates an excellent way to improve the flexibility through the tissues along the bottom of your feet - including the plantar fascia. Performing this stretch daily (30-45 second holds x 4 repetitions each foot) is a highly effective method to prevent or manage plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis and a variety of other lower leg conditions.
