Spencer Smith

Spencer Smith is a prime example of high-level tennis players making the switch to pickleball. Spencer played tennis for more than 20 years, was the Utah state champion for high school tennis, and played D1 tennis at BYU before taking up pickleball. Spencer eventually put down the racket and picked up a paddle in 2019 and has made quite the name for himself in the pickleball scene since then. He frequently partners with fellow BYU alum, Tyler Loong, and is hoping to be a top-10 player in the coming years.
